Tips for cooking with olive oil

It’s always better to control the amount of olive oil you want to have on

your salad or your dishes instead of running the risk of pouring the oil

from its bottle and flooding your salads or dishes. For that reason I suggest

to use an empty spray bottle. It also comes handy if you want to grease

your skillet or baking pan.
